In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the br0444 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the br0444 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by br0444, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, virtual sports, crash games, and any promotional offers made available on the platform.

This Agreement is available in English only. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of this Agreement and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account on br0444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. br0444 operates a strict minimum age policy. Providing false age information is a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, syndicates, or persons acting on behalf of a third party may not register for a br0444 account.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether applied voluntarily through br0444's responsible gaming tools or imposed by br0444 — at the time of registration or at any point during the life of your account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You may hold only one (1) active br0444 account. The registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.

br0444 employs automated and manual age and identity verification processes. Where verification cannot be completed electronically, Players will be asked to submit a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification document recognised in Pakistan.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your br0444 account. You must keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify br0444 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. You may do this by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
• br0444 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Account balances are denominated in PKR. br0444 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR-denominated accounts.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your Pakistani mobile number and email address — up to date at all times. br0444 relies on these details to communicate important account information, including verification requests and transaction confirmations.
• Inactive accounts (those that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account dashboard. br0444 will provide prior notice before any such fee is applied.

br0444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If br0444 determines that a deposit originated from an account not belonging to the registered Player, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your br0444 account.
• br0444 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa) may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond br0444's control.
• br0444 is not responsible for any delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or technical issues outside br0444's control.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited at the PKR equivalent at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Exchange rates are sourced from a reputable market data provider at the time of processing.

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. br0444 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its standard verification and processing procedures.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. br0444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification, including submission of CNIC and proof of payment method, particularly for first withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds br0444's internal review thresholds.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player from within the account dashboard before the withdrawal has been processed. Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched, it cannot be recalled.
• br0444 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Processing times for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may vary depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically faster.
• Any bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only the Real Money Balance is available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met in full.

br0444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion, which are published on the br0444 Promotions page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified Players who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit into their br0444 account.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from your Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements must be satisfied using eligible games before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum bet sizes, maximum bet sizes during bonus play, time limits, and any sport betting minimum odds requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Players are strongly advised to read these terms before opting in to any promotion.
• br0444 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if br0444 reasonably determines that a Player has exploited a promotion in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer, or has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with the promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• br0444 may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring the terms of any bonus already credited to a Player's account at the time of the change.

All casino games available on the br0444 platform are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by br0444's software providers are tested and certified by accredited independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• The rules of each individual game — including theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages, paytables, and game mechanics — are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, br0444 will resolve the matter in accordance with the relevant software provider's game malfunction policy. br0444's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.
• br0444 reserves the right to void any game round where a technical error has affected the integrity of the outcome, regardless of whether the affected round resulted in a win or a loss for the Player.
• Live dealer games are subject to additional rules governing conduct in the live studio environment. Players must not engage in abusive, offensive, or disruptive behaviour in the live chat function associated with live dealer games.
• Maximum win limits may apply on certain games or in connection with certain bonus offers. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be disclosed in the game rules or the relevant promotion's terms.

br0444 offers sports betting markets on a wide range of events, including but not limited to cricket (PSL, international fixtures), football, UFC, and virtual sports. All sports betting activity on br0444 is subject to the following rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. br0444 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events where br0444 has reason to believe the integrity of the event may be compromised.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. br0444 does not guarantee that in-play bets will be accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is submitted, and accepts no liability for any delay between bet submission and confirmation.
• In the event of an event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the scheduled completion, br0444 will settle bets in accordance with its sports betting settlement rules, which are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
• Obvious pricing errors (commonly referred to as "palpable errors") do not constitute valid bets. br0444 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds and to recover any payouts made on such bets from the Player's account balance.
• Multi-bet (accumulator) selections involving related outcomes (e.g., two selections from the same match that are statistically correlated) may be rejected or settled as singles at br0444's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the br0444 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one br0444 account, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or assisting any person under the age of 21 to access or use the platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, using software or automated tools to exploit promotional mechanics, or colluding with other Players in connection with bonuses.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. br0444 is obligated under its international gaming licence to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with the br0444 platform in a manner not consistent with legitimate human gameplay.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events on which br0444 accepts bets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing br0444 staff, support agents, or other Players through any br0444 communication channel.

br0444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. If gambling is causing you distress, financial hardship, or affecting your relationships, please make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform or contact support immediately.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account dashboard. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their account. This tool is available in the responsible gaming section of the account settings.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours). During a cooling-off period, the Player will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from br0444 may submit a self-exclusion request via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being received. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the br0444 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any br0444 content without prior written authorisation from br0444.
• br0444 game content is provided under licence from third-party software providers. Use of game content outside the br0444 platform is prohibited without the written consent of the relevant software provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, br0444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the br0444 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the br0444 platform or any of its features, whether caused by technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond br0444's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the br0444 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional communications.
• Any loss of funds or data resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any actions taken by payment providers (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions) that result in delays or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals.

br0444's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

br0444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if br0444 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• The Player's account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 10 of this Agreement.
• Continued operation of the Player's account would expose br0444 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance (excluding bonus funds not yet eligible for withdrawal) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or compliance checks. Players may also voluntarily close their br0444 account at any time by contacting support.

br0444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, br0444 will endeavour to provide Players with reasonable advance notice via email to the registered account address or via an in-platform notification. Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision) may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision to this Agreement is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the br0444 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under br0444's international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and br0444 that cannot be resolved informally through br0444's customer support channels, the Player may escalate the matter through the following process:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact br0444 support via live chat or at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. br0444 will aim to respond within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved informally, submit a formal written complaint to br0444. br0444 will investigate and provide a final position within 14 days.
• Step 3 — External Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following br0444's final position, you may refer the dispute to the independent dispute resolution body designated by br0444's licensing authority.
